The other KFC...

Korean fried chicken!








Yes I couldnt wait to take a bite before photographing! These were tasty!

I used the following recipe from Maangchi. Check out the whole video too. The double fry method makes a big difference. I think if I were to try this again (oh the clean up sucks!) I would modify the sauce recipe by adding garlic and cooking for a shorter time so the sauce doesnt end up too thick.
