January is continuing to drag on and to make my life a bit easier I took a few shortcuts when it came to a weeknight dinner.
I slow cooked some pork in my hybrid steamer/rice/slow cooker for 8 hours using Martha's Southern Pulled Pork Sandwiches recipe, stir fired some spinach and garlic and we had a feast! Other short cuts:
-Trader Joe's Garlic Fries (baked)

-Pilsbury biscuits (for slider buns)
-Bullseye bbq sauce (no high fructose corn syrup!)

P.S. notice the change in font size? It's easier to read- no?
turned out real well! so good, yet so bad! =P
